Breath is a somatic experience.  It connects us with our body and the energy that is stored within our tissues. Breath Embodied is a six session breathwork and somatic practice that teaches you how to breath. In this series, we work together to:

  • Find out why you're disconnected from your breath, thereby disconnected from your body.
  • Identify what causes you become dysregulated. 
  • Identify how that shows up in your breathing patterns and where it's being held in your body.
  • Learn how to breathe.
  • Learn how to use breathwork to center and ground.
  • Learn how to use your breath to regulate your nervous system.
  • Getting into, and staying in, your body. 
  • Create space in your day to return to the breath to help you remained balance throughout the day. 
  • And implement a weekly practice that you want to stick to. 

This six-session are conducted one-on-one. This practice is will help you learn to regulate your nervous system, manage your emotions if you're feeling triggered, and help manage anxiety/stress. We have weekly calls, but also, I'll make time for you if necessary. 

Once you purchase this series, I will personally email you to schedule times to work on this together. I will include your intake questionnaire, breathwork waivers, how we can keep in touch during our journey together, as well as few goodies to help you in-between our sessions. 

These sessions take place online, but can be arranged in Woodinville or at my ranch June - September.
