No matter what they are, this practice is designed to help you find a way to quiet your mind and calm anxiety that works for you. 

Nothing Is More Important Than Your

Mental Health and Inner Wellbeing

If you’re here, and you’ve found this page, you have already begun exploring your mental and physical health. You’ve decided that you want to live more mindfully, but that has to be something that is sustainable for you. More importantly, you’ve decided that enough is enough, nothing matters more than your own mental health and inner wellbeing. And in order to accomplish this, you need to work on your mind. You’ve decided that:

  • You’re tired of feeling scattered.
  • You're tired of feeling overwhelmed.
  • You’re over being distracted.
  • The voice in your head to stop chattering.

And in fact, that voice needs to shut up. And yes, you want a laser focused way to quiet your mind and rapidly figure out what matters. Your VIP Day, and the support program before and after it, is intended to help you get started, no matter where you are. 

Who This Day is For

This day is designed for women of color who:

  • Are delving deep into developing a new mindset.
  • Are working on ending their limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behavior. 
  • Are embracing the fact that they matter. 
  • Know that in order to show up for other, they must fully show up for themselves first. 
  • Know that daily self-care is important, but still haven’t found ways to prioritize themselves first. 
  • Who want to learn how to manage their mind and body from the comfort of their own home spaces. 
  • Want to find ways to manage anxiety in ways that prevent them from repeatedly feeling exhausted and overwhelmed.
  • Don’t want to participate in 30+ day programs in order to start changing their lives. 
  • Prefer high intensity learning environments vs receiving information in a longer, dripped out fashion.
  • Do not have time, or the desire, to run off and sit on a mountain for 4+ weeks. 
  • Want to enjoy their lives, in the present moment, with things that are important to them at the center of what they do each day. 

Most importantly, this day is designed for women who want to wake up, show up, and own their own mental health and inner well-being in ways that work for them, designed for their life they lead now. 

Better Manage Your Anxiety

Are you someone who constantly overthinks something you said, did, or experienced? Do you get stuck in a constant replay and it leaves you anxious? What if you could learn to use your breath to calm your anxiety, recalibrate your nervous system, and stop living in a state of panic?

Are you someone who is constantly getting stuck in your head? What if you could focus and ground yourself in order to help you stop feeling overwhelmed and mentally exhausted? 

Learn to Enjoy Your Life

In one day, designed for you and focused on you, I will work with you on to leverage mindfulness and breathwork to feel less overwhelmed, less anxious, and to quiet your mind. In learning these two practices, constructed in a way that works for you, you can learn to enjoy your life. 

 

Lay That Foundation In One Day!

Can this be done in one day? Yes, you can lay the foundation of reprogramming your mind in just one day. On your day, we go deep and get dirty, then we identify and frame what’s causing you to feel how you’re feeling, then we design three ways you can start calming your mind and body. 

 

The Process


Rest. 

During the first part of your day, I work with you to go through your pre-work, as well as spend time talking about what makes you feel anxious and overwhelmed. We identify the triggers and identify techniques within mindfulness and breathwork that can help you manage them. 

 

Reflect. 

Once we’ve looked at what triggers your anxiety, and we’ve identified what is important to you now, we’ll discuss your past ways of coping and dive right into practicing new techniques to manage that anxiety. They will als help you refocus your concentration, cultivate awareness, and bring yourself into the present moment. You will be able to calm down in minutes, and be responsive versus reactive. We’ll practice these together.

 

Reset. 

One we’ve explored the techniques, we’ll revisit what matters to you right now and set your practice to continually support those priorities. While this day is designed to help you quiet your mind,  we’ll also explore how your physical environment can be decluttered in order to better support the work you're doing internally.

A Personal Arsenal of Tools to Develop Unshakeable Inner Calm and A Radically Woke Way of Living

At the end of this day, you’ll have developed customized practice that will help you quiet your mind, calm your anxiety, and you’ll have an arsenal of tools you can use any time to make better, more empowered decisions, so that you can enjoy your life. 

 

And I Won’t Leave You Here Alone

One week after your day, you and I will have a 1-hour call to talk about a key theme in your journey you’d like to explore more. Two weeks later, you'll also receive a 30-minute call with me to discuss questions, roadblocks or a place where you feel you need extra support. 

Also, you’ll receive Practice Dirty:  An Introduction to Mindfulness For Women of Color. The Practice Dirty program is a 10-part series of private audio, digital worksheet series, and 50+ page workbook designed to let you continue your journey to calm after our day is over. The audio will be delivered to your Podcast player of choice each day, and the worksheets made available to you to use whenever you need them. It is only available to women who participate in a VIP Day.
