Digital Products and Physical Products
We do not offer refunds on digital products. We do not offer refunds on physical products at this unless the item is damaged in transit. We will offer to replace a damage item (please send photos), and/or issue a store credit.
I don't offer refunds on phyiscal products unless they are damaged. You will be issued a store credit if your materials are damaged in transit.
When Does My Order Ship?
Physical products are shipped within 48 hours or ordering via USPS first class or priority mail, Tuesday through Friday.
We're currently a small operation so if you need to know if a delivery date can be met, send an email first! We'll get back to you ASAP.
