Digital Products and Physical Products 

We do not offer refunds on digital products.

We do not offer refunds on physical products at this unless the item is damaged in transit. We will offer to replace a damage item (please send photos), and/or issue a store credit. 

Program

My 8-Week program is refundable up to 50%, depending on circumstances. Please contact me. 

Experiences and Workshops

Horse experiences are 100% refundable if you notify us two weeks in advance of your appointment. They are 100% transferable and can be reschedule if you can't make the set date. If you miss your date, then we don’t offer refunds. We pay our staff and reserve time in accordance so have to compensate our staff and ranch. 

Workshops are refundable with 30-Day cancellation, minnus deposits. You can also transfer your spot to another person and/or move it to another workshop or experience. 


When Does My Order Ship?


Physical products are shipped within 48 hours or ordering via USPS first class or priority mail, Tuesday through Friday. We're currently a small operation so if you need to know if a delivery date can be met, send an email first! We'll get back to you ASAP.
