We do not price match. We work hard to curate physical goods that are not widely available online. We pride ourselves in products and how they are packaged together to support the development of your wellbeing journey. If you find a better price somewhere else, please purchase it. Just know, that buying from us, we use our proceeds to reinvest into free resources like our blog, podcast, and scholarships for teens and girls who can use our horse experiences and wellbeing services. 


We do offer refunds on digital products. We do not offer refunds on physical products at this unless the item is damaged in transit. We will offer to replace a damage item (please send photos), and/or issue a store credit. 

Horse experiences are 100% refundable if you notify us two weeks in advance of your appointment. They are 100% transferable and can be reschedule if you can't make the set date. If you miss your date, then we do offer refunds. We pay our staff and reserve time in accordance so have to compensate our staff and ranch. 


Physical products are shipped within 48 hours or ordering via USPS first class or priority mail, Tuesday through Friday. We're currently a small operation so if you need to know if a delivery date can be met, send an email first! We'll get back to you ASAP.
